Getting back to healthy, weekend 2
OK, it's not really the weekend anymore. It's Monday night as I write this. But I weighed myself yesterday, and I got the photos done tonight, so let's get this thing done.
I broke down and had some slow churned ice cream (French Silk) one night. All the rest of the time, I avoided desserts & candy. I ate mostly normal food, although soda is completely gone. I usually drank orange juice or water. I had a steak & garlic spinach at the Elephant Bar. Man oh man that was good.
I ride my exercise bike for 45 minutes while I watch an episode of Farscape (I've only been doing this for a week, so I'm in the first half of season 1. The shows are hit or miss. PK Tech Girl was good). I do this every day except for Fridays. On most days, I also did 50 situps. However, I cannot do 50 all at once. So I do 30, rest, and do 20.
Last week I weighed 194.6. This week I weigh 193.4.
