Getting back to healthy, weekend 3

Week 3, the big disappointment!  My ongoing experiment to lose weight just as John Stone did takes a turn for the worse.  Watch out, these photos will hurt your eyes.

Diet

I tried to incorporate more salads into my meals. I mostly failed, although I fit in a couple of them. I also "fell off the horse" and ate two big chocolate chip cookies. Overall, my diet was lots of fruit juices, lots of meat. I had barbecued ribs one day. That was tasty.

Workout

I rode my exercise bike most nights, but instead of doing 45 minutes at 5 resistance, I did 35 minutes at 6 resistance. I also did 60 sit ups each night instead of 50. However, I skipped a night, and one day I went for an actual bike ride instead... which provided little challenge. I'm not sure I worked up any sweat at all. So overall I feel that I did worse than last week.

Weight

Last week I weighed 193.4. This week I weigh 193.4. No change at all.

Extras

I did get a haircut. Eventually, I think the glasses will go, too. It's all part of the "stop being a slob" project. A year from now, I better be easier to look at!  Ugh!  Putting these photos online is killing me.  I think I need to do 2 workouts a day.
