Getting back to healthy, weekend 4
The Thanksgiving surprise! You would think the holidays would have killed any chances of me losing weight, but I lost weight anyway. At one point during the week, I was down a lot! However, by the time I weighed myself on Sunday night, my loss was less spectacular. So let's get these photos over with. :)

Diet
I think I did a pretty good job with my eating habits. I avoided deserts, and sometimes drank water instead of fruit juices. For meals, I tried to eat normal reasonable food. One meal was orange chicken. One dinner I simply had peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. Whatever the case, I tried to avoid fast food, greasy pizza, and so on. For Thanksgiving dinner, I had turkey, mashed potates, stuffing, and no desert.
Workout
I rode my exercise bike daily (including Friday, my usual day off), doing 35 minutes at 6 resistance. I did sit-ups, but didn't count them, so I think I'm doing poorly there. However, I started lifting small 10-pound weights to give my arms a little workout too. We're also dog-sitting, so I took the dog for a jog once. That worked different muscles, and I found myself very sore afterward.
Weight
Last week I weighed 193.4. This week I weigh 191.8. Even Thanksgiving couldn't prevent me from losing weight! Ha! Except... midweek... on Thanksgiving day, before eating, I weighed 189.0. Oh well. The photos are of me on Sunday night, at 191.8 pounds.
Extras
I finished watching the first season of Farscape while I rode my exercise bike. Really you could skip many of the episodes. You could watch the first episode, then skip to PK Tech Girl, then skip ahead to when they raid the Sebacean base for Aeryn's cure, and follow that to end the season. Onward with season 2!
