Getting back to healthy, weekend 5
Chalk this up to brute force overpowering gluttony! I lost weight, but I also fell back into my old bad eating habits (a little). How'd I lose weight? Extra workouts! Let's take a look at the photos.
I ate poorly this week. We went to the movies, and I had some soda & candy. Last night, I had some ice cream. I tried to eat well, having some salads and such during the week, but my willpower buckled over the weekend.
Knowing that my willpower was on its last legs, I doubled-up on a couple of workouts. I also fell back to using my exercise bike at level 5 instead of 6, but I worked out for 45 minutes instead of 35. One day I did an extended workout lasting about an hour.
Last week I weighed 191.8. This week I weighed in at 189.6.
