Getting back to healthy, weekend 7
Talk about cutting it close! I almost gained weight this week! In fact, on Thursday, I was at 191 pounds, 3+ pounds higher than last week. But I kept working out, and tried really hard to eat well, and by Sunday night, I had good news. Let's get into it.
It was my son's birthday. I had cake and soda. But other than that, I tried to eat well. I had salmon. I had veggies. I drank water and fruit juices.
My workouts were good. I rode my exercise bike at level 6 for 45 minutes every night except Friday. I did sit-ups. I used my 10-pound hand weights most nights. I would do curls, flys, and lifts. I felt good, healthy.
Last week I weighed 187.6. This week? 187.2. That's not a very big drop, but I'm happy, and I feel that maybe I built some muscle.
