Getting back to healthy, weekend 8
Merry Christmas! I lost weight!
I ate well except on Saturday. We had an early Christmas dinner with relatives, and I had peach plum cobbler. It was soooooo good. But it was also laden with sugar.
I rode my exercise bike most nights. However, I felt it wasn't enough of a workout, so I decided to go for a jog on Saturday. I thought it might work different muscles. And it did! It is Monday as I write this, and I am still sore!
Last week I weighed 187.2. This week I weighed 185.8. Ha! The cobbler didn't beat me!
I need suggestions for what to watch next. I'll be done with Farscape in a couple of weeks. Any good sci-fi series to recommend?
