Getting back to healthy, weekend 10
This is odd. I lost weight this week, but in my photos I look fatter. What's up with that?
I got back to decent eating habits. However, last night was a big gaming night with friends & kids, and I had soda and chips. Other than that, I ate a few salads and drank a lot of water. Plus a burger, I think. :)
Instead of watching TV shows while I worked out, I set my laptop precariously on the exercise bike's book stand, and typed email. Doing this was enough of a distraction that I was able to bike for nearly an hour each night.
Last week I weighed 185.4. This week I weighed 184.4.
