Top 5 cool things in Platter's Planescape: Torment pages
Planescape: Torment is probably the best role-playing game ever made. Don't let the word "torment" throw you off – at its core, this a bittersweet game about regret and forgiveness.

Platter was a guy who hacked Planescape: Torment (in a good way). He fixed bugs, stabilized the gameplay, and so on. Unfortunately, he dropped off the Internet in 2007, and his Web site was lost. As I was going through an old backup, I found a copy of his entire Web site, which I recently put back online. Now that I've gone through it, I want to share with you the 5 coolest things I've found.
#5:
Platter copied the official game site, back before the company went bankrupt. The offical download page contains not only the official 1.1 patch, but many animated GIFs of characters in the game, along with wallpapers for your computer.
#4:
The offical news page includes the links to the Annah Leprechaun mod, and the Morte Easter Egg mod. The Leprechaun mod obviously puts Annah into a green outfit, while the Easter Egg mod turns Morte's floating skull into a bright pastel-colored egg.

Also on the official news page mentioned in item #4, you'll find links to the developer diaries. While a lot of it is just amusing blather, I found the artist diaries very useful. They posted many sketches and screenshots. For example, here and here.
#2:
On Platter's unofficial pages, you can listen to or download the full Planescape: Torment soundtrack in mp3 format. Normally I do not mess with the pages that Platter put together, but on that page I added a link to download all the mp3s in a zip file. You're welcome. :)

I love the Planescape tattos of the symbol of torment! My favorite is this one:

If I were ever going to get a tattoo, that would be it. Thanks for taking time to read this with me. Enjoy the site!
