Why do i get this at the top of my site?

The link is dead, but I think aboyd was going to note that you have to put the php "include ('/settings.php')" statement at the very top of the file.

This is NOT always the cause of the error, however. If you are trying to include a blog on an existing phpbb page (like viewtopic.php), you may get the error because settings.php is fetching needed phpbb files (like extension.inc) and then viewtopic.php is trying to do the same.

I'm not sure of the most elegant solution, but if you comment-out those includes from the viewtopic.php page, you will at least avoid the error (while "damaging" the viewtopic.php file a bit).

How do i create my own blog from the phpbb script that i have downloaded?
i have downloaded phpbb blog script, now how do i set it up??
i want to go for free webhosting..
what requirements should i look for blog hosting in a free host???

can i get detailed instructions from anywhere about creating blog ?

(i dont want to go for the sites that create online blog in 4-5 steps.)

You must set the ad_network_ads_441.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).
