The Blog Mod creates a blog for each member of a phpBB forum. Aside from using the membership system in phpBB, The Blog Mod is almost completely independent of the forum. What you post in the forum and what you post in the blog are separate.

In contrast, phpBB Blog creates a blog out of a forum. It's basically another way to "view" a forum. The first post of each topic is shown on the blog page, and replies are behind a "comments" link. Each member does not get their own blog -- whoever posts into the forum designated as a blog will appear in the blog.

Please be clear about which product you are using. Please use the correct forum (there is one for each). Also note that I don't really guarantee any level of support. I'm a father of 2, employed full-time. I get into the forum about twice a month. Don't expect miracles. Smile

You must set the ad_network_ads_441.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).
