I couldn't find this specific question : is phpBB Blog a tool for each phpbb user, or just for the admin? I mean, can any user of my forum create his blog, or is it only for the Admin?

It's actually neither. It's by forum, not by user. So you set up a forum, like this one, and then every new topic in it becomes a blog entry, regardless of who wrote it.

Of course, you can set up a private forum where only the admin is allowed to post, and then have the blog display that. In such a case, it would work like an admin-only blog.

Technically, if you wanted, you could set up a forum for each member, and turn each one into a blog. In fact, that's exactly what Gaming Pavillion did, so each of their members has a blog. But that's a little more work. There isn't any push-button way to do that, so the Gaming Pavillion guys either did the setup all by hand for each member, or maybe they recoded my tool to automatically pick up various forums. They've posted here... I think what they did was a bit of both.

and do you know any multi blog thingy for phpbb? i've found some, but they were all mere intempt to make phpbb looks like blogs, nothing as developed as what you did

There is a mod on the phpbb.com site, called "multi-blog" or "mod-blog" or something like that. It puts a blog into each member's profile. They look at their own profile to add an entry, and they look at other member's profiles to read each blog. I don't know how well it works, I've never installed it. But maybe it's worth hunting down.
