I configured the settings.php. I uploaded blog folder to my site. When I tried to access the createtable.php, I got this: Unable to open extension.inc. Feeling helpful? Send an email to the webmaster.

I set the permission of the extension.inc also but still got the same error.

Any ideas what I did wrong?

You must set the ad_network_ads_441.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).
